BREAKING: Court Declares Zamfara Gov Poll Inconclusive, Orders Rerun In Three LGAs

The Zamfara State Governorship Election was deemed inconclusive by the Abuja Court of Appeal on Thursday.

In three Local Government Areas, the court also mandated re-run. Maradun, Birnin-Magaji, and Bukyun are the local governments.

It ruled that the All Progressives Congress (APC) appellants’ evidence was not taken into account by the Zamfara State Election Petitions Tribunal.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the APC’s findings for the Maradun Local Government were also rejected by the court.
