Eager Beyoncé fans were left fuming after seeing the huge price tag of the Grammy Award-winning star’s concerts for her London tour dates.

The 43-year-old Texas Hold ‘Em musician recently took home Album of the Year, Country Album of the Year and Best Country Duo Performance at the Grammy Awards this month. The music icon has been nominated for AOTY many times – including for I Am… Sasha Fierce, Beyoncé, Lemonade and Renaissance – but never won until now.

Not only has Queen Bey enjoyed a successful few months, the star will be riding that high straight to Europe for a few dates of her Cowboy Carter tour this year. Her tour will star at the end of April in Inglewood before she travels to Chicago and East Rutherford before she makes her way to London for her six gigs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in June this summer.

Tickets have been priced in advance by the tour, ranging from £71.60 to £950 (including fees) with a per-order handling fee of £2.75. More than 60, 000 fans are expected to rock up at the stadium in London for the star-studded gig, which will no doubt be sold out after the singer’s legion of fans have snapped up tickets. Demand is already so high Queen Bee announced five more dates to the tour – including an extra two in London.

Tickets for the shows go on sale today at midday but many pre-sale events went live before then. The ticket price are as follows:

  • Real Live Boogie: £357.10

After getting a look at the prices, fans were furious with the high price tags as they rushed to social media to complain. One French fan wrote: “€1100 €Beyonce’s VIPs just to be in the middle of the stage and not even meet her is ABUSE.” Another angered fan said: “BEYONCE WHAT ARE THESE PRICES… OH LONDON BEYHIVE ITS SO OVER… F**K YOU TICKETMASTER.”

One added: “Gonna save this beyonce money and go see gaga instead lowkeyyy.” Another furious fan posted: “Beyonce not selling standing tickets for less than £220. She is a scammer just like Ticketmaster!!! YES I did say that.” One joked: “The fomo leaving my body once I heard the Beyoncé ticket prices.”

Fans were able to gain pre-sale access by signing up to the official Beyoncé website. Unfortunately for fans out of the loop, the deadline for this was February 3. The first lot of pre-sale tickets went live earlier this week, with the second lot going out on February 12 and the third on the same day as a courtesy of O2 Priority.

The final presale was organised by Ticketmaster, and was the official Beyoncé artist presale, which came out on February 13.

Tickets for the Cowboy Carter tour will officially be released on Valentine’s Day, February 14th at 12pm midday. These tickets are for general release, so you don’t need a special code or to pre-sale link to purchase them. With only six dates in London, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
