All-Ireland Intermediate Club final postponed due to ‘tragic event’
Due to “a tragic event,” the GAA has confirmed that the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Football final between Ballinderry and Crossmolina will be postponed this weekend.
At Croke Park, the game was scheduled to take place on Sunday.
The GAA claims to make an announcement regarding the game’s new date “in due course.”
In the All-Ireland semi-finals, Ulster champions Ballinderry defeated Kerry side Austin Stacks to regain their senior football position from which they were previously removed.
Crossmolina defeated Caragh of Kildare in the final four matches to claim the Connacht crown, lifting the trophy to Croke Park.
