Daisy Danjuma’s birthday: Otedola and Alakija do a billionaire dance

Former Senator Daisy Danjuma, the wife of Lt.Col (Rtd) T.Y Danjuma, turned 65 recently and hosted a party to celebrate her new age with friends in attendance. It was indeed a remarkable day for the celebrant, as people from all works of life gathered at the convention hall of the Eko Hotels and Suites to honour her.
High profile dignitaries at the event include Femi Otedola, Folorunsho Alakija, Toyin Saraki, Florence Ita-Giwa, Dele Momodu, Capt. Nosa Okunbo, Sen. Ben Murray Bruce, Nkiru Anumudu, Ruth Osime amongst others were present.

Other dignitaries who graced the occasion are the governors of Ogun State and Oyo State, Ibikunle Amosun and Senator Abiola Ajimobi and former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba.
Also, Oba of Lagos – Rilwan Akiolu, Tony Elumelu – Chief Executive Officer of United Bank for Africa, Hebert Wigwe – MD, Access Bank were some of the dignitaries who graced the occasion.
A high point of the event was when billionaires Femi Otedola and Folorunsho Alakija took to the dance floor and were recorded digging it to DJ Cuppy‘s mix in what has been widely acclaimed a ‘Billionaire dance’ on social media.
